American Tower Trust I’s $526 Million Secured Tower Revenue Securities Offering


Simpson Thacher represented certain subsidiaries of American Tower Corporation (“AMT”), in the offering of $526 million aggregate principal amount of Secured Tower Revenue Securities, Series 2018-1, (the “Securities”) by American Tower Trust I.

The Securities have an anticipated maturity of 10 years. The proceeds from the offering were used to pay related costs and expenses and for general corporate purposes. The offering closed on March 29, 2018.

AMT is a leading independent owner, operator and developer of multi-tenant communications real estate with a portfolio of over 150,000 communications sites.
