American Tower Corporation’s $147 Million Acquisition of 1,200 wireless communications towers in Colombia

Millicom International Cellular S.A. announced today that its subsidiary Colombia Móvil S.A. E.S.P (“Tigo”) finalized the sale of 1,200 wireless communications towers to a subsidiary of American Tower Corporation (“ATC”) in Colombia for $147 Million.
