American Tower Corporation’s $1.4 Billion Senior Notes Offering

American Tower Corporation executed its $1.4 billion offering of senior notes.

The underwriters included BofA Securities, Citigroup, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley and Santander.

American Tower Corporation, one of the largest global REITs, is a leading independent owner, operator and developer of multitenant communications real estate with a portfolio of approximately 186,000 communications sites, including wireless and broadcast towers located in the United States, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Burkina Faso, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, France, Germany, Ghana, India, Kenya, Mexico, Niger, Nigeria, Paraguay, Peru, Poland, South Africa and Uganda. American Tower Corporation plans to use the proceeds to repay existing indebtedness.
