América Móvil’s $2.25 Bilion Senior Notes Offering

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Barclays Capital Inc. and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated acted as underwriters, in connection with the public offerings of US$1 billion aggregate principal amount of 3.625% Senior Notes due 2029 and US$1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.375% Senior Notes due 2049 by América Móvil, S.A.B. de C.V. The notes will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange. América Móvil will use the net proceeds of these offerings for the repayment of outstanding debt.

América Móvil, which is organized in Mexico, is a leading telecommunications service provider in Latin America, ranking first in wireless, fixed-line, broadband and Pay TV services based on the number of revenue generating units (“RGUs”). América Móvil’s largest operations are in Mexico and Brazil. América Móvil also has operations in 16 other countries in the Americas and seven countries in Central and Eastern Europe. As of December 31, 2018, América Móvil had 275.8 million wireless subscribers and 84.1 million fixed RGUs.
