The completion of the acquisition is subject to the fulfillment of certain predetermined conditions, customary in operations of a similar nature, including approval by the Central Bank of Brazil.
Nexoos is a FinTech dedicated to loans between people and uses the mixed financing model, with institutional and individual investors. In addition, the company offers different types of loans and credit as a service (CaaS).
Ame is a business platform of Lojas Americanas [B3:LAME4] and B2W [B3:BTOW3].
