AMCI Acquisition Corp. II’s $150 Million Initial Public Offering

AMCI Acquisition Corp. II executed the $150 million initial public offering of units.  The shares are listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market. The transaction closed on August 6, 2021.

Evercore Group L.L.C. and I-Bankers Securities, Inc. acted as underwriters for the offering.
