Ambu’s DKK 1.3 Billion Shares Offering

Ambu has raised approx. DKK 1.3bn in connection with an offering of new and existing B shares through an accelerated book building process.

Ambu’s ambition is to become the most innovative player in the market for disposable, single-use endoscopy, and the company has raised approx. DKK 1.3bn by way of an offering of new and existing B shares. The shares were offered through an accelerated book building process directed at institutional and professional investors in Denmark and certain other countries. The new shares are to be listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen upon completion of the offering.

Ambu is a global undertaking developing, manufacturing and marketing medical devices for hospitals and rescue and emergency services.
