Loyens & Loeff advised iCON Infrastructure on the sale of Service Terminal Rotterdam.
iCON completed the sale of 100% of iCON’s interest in Service Terminal Rotterdam through an auction process to funds managed by Amber Infrastructure and Access Capital Partners.
Service Terminal Rotterdam is a state-of-the-art, independent bunker fuel storage terminal, strategically located in the Botlek area of the Port of Rotterdam. Service Terminal Rotterdam has a c. 242,000 cbm commercial tank storage capacity across 11 tanks, which can store any grade of fuel oil, marine gasoil and other bunker fuels.
