Alteryx’s Acquisition of Semanta

Fenwick represented Alteryx in its recent acquisition of Semanta s.r.o., a company that specializes in meta data management and governance headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic. Alteryx’s launch of AlteryxConnect, a data exploration platform that empowers users to discover and collaborate on data assets, visualizations, reports and workflows typically siloed across large enterprises, is an outgrowth of the Semanta acquisition.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
