Alteryx’s $145 Million Initial Public Offering

Cooley advised the underwriters on Alteryx’s $144.9 million initial public offering of 10,350,000 shares, which includes the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase up to 1,350,000 additional shares.

Goldman, Sachs & Co. and J.P. Morgan acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. Pacific Crest Securities, a division of KeyBanc Capital Markets, William Blair, JMP Securities, Raymond James and Cowen and Company acted as co-managers.
