Alpargatas’ R$200 Million Acquisition of Ioasys

Alpargatas S.A. executed the acquisition of ioasys for an amount up to BRL 200 million.

ioasys is a Brazilian startup specialized in the creation and development of applications and other components of the digital universe. The company was founded in Belo Horizonte, state of Minas Gerais, in 2012 and today has approximately 200 employees.

Alpargatas is a centenary Brazilian company, owner of the iconic brands Havaianas and Osklen. Present in more than 100 countries around the five continents, Alpargatas became the open footwear industry global leader.
