Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner advised the shareholders of iQuest on the sale of a majority stake to Allgeier SE.
The international IT-service provider iQuest, based in Bad Homburg, sold two thirds of its shares to the Munich technology group Allgeier SE. iQuest will continue to work independently but closely with the Allgeier Group.
With this transaction, Allgeier SE as one of the leading IT corporations in the German-speaking area consolidates its presence in Europe, expands its competence in the development of complex software solutions for critical business processes and continues the group’s international expansion. The transaction is subject to approval from the German Federal Cartel Office and other closing obligations. The share purchase agreement is expected to close in the next few weeks.
