Dallas-based Allegiance Title executed its combination with Tulsa-based FirsTitle.
The transaction creates a new holding company, AllFirst, that will have roughly 500 employees and a total of 49 offices serving Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico. The AllFirst holding company also includes several other operating subsidiaries, including Guaranty Title, Smith Brothers Abstract, Excel Title and Aggieland Title.
