Aliante Equity Tre’s Acquisition of Dormakaba’s Interior Glass Systems Business

CMS advised dormakaba Group on the deal.

The dormakaba Group, one of the world’s leading suppliers of secure access solutions, has divested its glass systems business (Interior Glass Solutions, IGS) to Italian investment group Aliante Equity Tre S.p.A.

The deal covers the global IGS product portfolio, the Dorma-Glas GmbH manufacturing site in Bad Salzuflen, selected sales units in Europe and 235 employees. The transaction marks an important step for dormakaba, allowing the company to focus on its core activities while enabling the IGS business to develop its full potential outside the dormakaba Group.
