Aleph’s Acquisition of 86 Percent Shares in Connect Ads

White & Case advised A15 Holding Netherlands B.V. on the deal.

A15 Holding Netherlands B.V. (A15) executed its sale of 86 percent of its shares in Connect Ads DMCC (Connect Ads), a leading MENA provider of digital advertising, to the Aleph Internet Media Services LLC (Aleph) group.

The completion of the transaction remains subject to certain closing conditions.

Aleph is a global digital communications and marketing business which is a partner to many of the world’s largest media players. A15 will receive both cash and shares in IMS Internet Media Services Inc., an Aleph group company.

Started in 2001, Connect Ads has helped technology companies like Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and many others kickstart and develop their digital advertising business in the Middle East & North Africa. 

A15 is an entrepreneurial company that creates digital products and technology brands.
