ALD’s Investment In Skipr

CMS assisted ALD on the deal.

ALD, a subsidiary of Société Générale, invested in Skipr, a Belgian mobility-as-a-service (MaaS) startup. Via the investment ALD acquires a 17% stake in Skipr.
