Aldrich Capital Partners announced its acquisition of Compliancy Group, LLC.

Aldrich is a growth equity firm supporting disruptive innovation in healthcare IT, fintech, and application software by investing equity capital in privately held growing companies.

Compliancy Group provides a compliance-tracking software solution that primarily tracks HIPAA compliance, serving the small to mid-size healthcare market.
