Airswift’s Merger With Competentia

Macfarlanes advised US private equity house Wellspring Capital on the deal. HFW advised Competentia.

Airswift, a global workforce solutions provider, intends to merge with Competentia, a global recruiting and workforce management specialist.

The merged entity will retain the Airswift name and come together as a workforce solutions provider for the energy, process, infrastructure, mining and technology industries.
