Air Lease’s $300 Million Shares Offering

Air Lease executed its public offering of 300,000 shares of its 4.125% Fixed-Rate Reset Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series C, representing $300 million in aggregate liquidation preference.

Air Lease is an aircraft leasing company, principally engaged in purchasing commercial aircraft and leasing them to airlines around the world.
