Air Lease Corporation’s $1.4 Billion Medium-Term Notes Offering

Air Lease Corporation completed the issuance of $750 million aggregate principal amount of 2.3% Medium-Term Notes, Series A, due February 1, 2025 and $650 million aggregate principal amount of 3% Medium-Term Notes, Series A, due February 1, 2030.

The net proceeds of the offering will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include, among other things, the purchase of commercial aircraft and the repayment of existing indebtedness.

BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc. led the underwriters for this offering.

Air Lease Corporation is an aircraft leasing company, principally engaged in purchasing commercial aircraft and leasing them to airlines around the world.
