AiHuiShou International’s Listing on New York Stock Exchange

JunHe and Maples advised AiHuiShou International Co. Ltd. on the deal.

AiHuiShou International Co. Ltd. executed a listing on the New York Stock Exchange, issuing 16,233,000 American Depository Shares. Without exercising over-allotment rights by the underwriter, the total proceeds totaled approximately USD $227 million.

AiHuiShou offers a secondhand electronics trading and service platform in China.

Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C., BofA Securities, Inc., and China Renaissance Securities (Hong Kong) Limited acted as underwriters in the deal.

The JunHe partners of this project were Yi Wang (Picture), Wenjun (Kelvin) Jiang and Shiming (George) Shang.

The Maples team included partner Karen Zhang Pallaras. The Group’s Fund Services business acted as the Cayman Islands Share Registrar, and the team comprised Eastern Fong, Regional Head of the Group’s fund services business in Asia and vice president Christy Poon.
