Agilent Technologies, Inc.’s $500 Million Senior Notes Offering


Simpson Thacher represented the underwriters in connection with the offering by Agilent Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 2.75% Senior Notes due 2029.

The net proceeds of the offering will be used to fund the redemption of the Company’s 5% senior notes due 2020.

Agilent Technologies is a global leader in life sciences, diagnostics and applied chemical markets, providing application focused solutions that include instruments, software, services and consumables for the entire laboratory workflow.

Barclays Capital Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and MUFG Securities Americas Inc. acted as joint book-running managers.
