AerCap’s $800 Million Senior Notes Offering


Cravath represented AerCap Ireland Capital Designated Activity Company and AerCap Global Aviation Trust in connection with their $800 million registered senior notes offering.

AerCap Ireland Capital Designated Activity Company and AerCap Global Aviation Trust are wholly owned subsidiaries of AerCap Holdings N.V., the world’s largest independent aircraft leasing company. AerCap Holdings N.V., led by Aengus Kelly, Philip Gene Scruggs, Peter Juhas, Wouter M. den Dikken and Thomas J. Kelly, is based in Dublin.

The transaction closed on November 21, 2017.
