Addtech has signed an agreement to aquire the majority of the shares outstanding in the Swiss automation company Omni Ray AG from the Dutch investment company Nimbus.
Omni Ray AG is a Zürich-based technical trading company and service provider with a strong position on the Swiss market for automation solutions, mainly focused on industrial applications, infrastructure, transportation and medical industry. The company has a turnover of CHF 36 million and 65 employees.
Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to Addtech in this transaction.
