Acushnet Holdings Corp.’s $149 Million Secondary Offering of Common Stock

Simpson Thacher represented Acushnet Holdings Corp. (“Acushnet”) in connection with a public offering of common stock by investment funds affiliated with Mirae Asset Global Investments Co. Ltd. (the “Selling Shareholder”).

The offering of 9,165,542 shares of common stock, which included the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase 833,231 additional shares, raised approximately $149.2 million in net proceeds for the Selling Shareholder.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Nomura Securities International, Inc. acted as joint bookrunning managers for the offering.

Acushnet is the global leader in the design, development, manufacture and distribution of performance-driven golf products and is the steward of two of the most revered brands in golf—Titleist, one of golf’s leading performance equipment brands, and FootJoy, one of golf’s leading performance wear brands.
