Acronis’ $250 Million Funding Round

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP advised CVC Capital Partners VII.

CVC and other investors have invested more than $250m in Acronis in a funding round that values Acronis at more than $2.5bn.

Acronis, a leading global cyber protection, backup and disaster recovery provider. 

The Freshfields team is led by London private equity partner Vincent Bergin (Picture) and associates Jay Swain, Anna Cross and George Clarke, with London partners Alex Mitchell, Charlie Hayes, David Brooks and Jill Gatehouse and New York partners Kyle Lakin, Michael Levitt and Valerie Jacob also advising.
