Accent and Tempcon’s Acquisition of Erling Andersson Åkeri and Lincargo

Baker McKenzie successfully represented Accent Equity.

Accent Equity and its portfolio company Tempcon Group with two Phase II merger investigations conducted by the Swedish Competition Authority.
The investigations concerned Tempcon Group’s acquisitions of Erling Andersson Åkeri and Lincargo. The SCA approved both acquisitions without remedies.

Accent Equity is Swedish Private Equity firm that invests in private companies in the Nordics. Tempcon is a leading provider of temperature controlled logistics mainly serving producers, wholesalers and retailers in the Swedish food industry.
