Weil advised an infrastructure fund managed by Aberdeen Standard Investments (ASI) in its acquisition of 49 photovoltaic farms in Poland with an aggregate output of 45.4 MW.
They were being acquired from Modus Energy International B.V., a Modus Group company that also owns photovoltaic projects in Spain, Italy, Lithuania and Ukraine.
