Aareal Bank completed the refinancing of two properties located in Milan, Italy, and owned by a pan-European fund managed by Invesco Real Estate, the global real estate investment manager.
The facility was granted in connection with a EUR580 million facility granted in November 2016 between Aareal Bank AG and Invesco Real Estate, which DLA Piper previously advised on.
