$850 Million Multi-Currency Credit Facilities for Berry Global, Inc.

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an $850,000,000 revolving credit facility for Berry Global, Inc., a manufacturer and marketer of plastic packaging products.

Proceeds from the revolving credit facility may be used for general corporate purposes.

Bank of America acted as Collateral Agent and Administrative Agent, Barclays Capital, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith and Wells Fargo acted as Joint Lead Arrangers.
