Cydsa SAB de CV and its subsidiaries manufacture chemicals, textiles, and packaging. The company, led by Tomas Gonzalez Sada, Jose De Jesus Montemayor Castillo, Alejandro Von Rossum Garza, Roberto Rubio Barnes and Francisco Javier Ortiz Guerra, produces PVC resins and pipe, caustic soda, chlorine, salt, hydrochloric acid, acrylic fiber, sweaters, and cellophane, polypropylene, and polyethylene films.
Goldman Sachs has granted the credit facility.
Proceeds of the transaction will be used to develop a salt cave in Veracruz.
