$57.5 Million Financing for the reconstruction of the Union Square Theater

Olshan client Fisher Brothers provided $7.5 million of the total $57.5 million loan in mezzanine financing for the expansion.

That Reading will be rebranding the theater as “44 Union Square,” and the expansion will include a new office and retail complex. Olshan Real Estate partner Alexander Ferrini (Picture), who specializes in Construction Law, advised Fisher Brothers on the mezzanine loan.
