$550 Million Financing for San Francisco Gateway Residential Complex

Paul Hastings LLP represented Golden Gateway Center SPE, LLC as borrowers in a $550 million fixed-rate loan for the Gateway apartment complex in San Francisco.

Deutsche Bank and Bank of America will serve as lenders on the 10-year financing. The transaction is one of the largest real estate financings in San Francisco this year.

Located in San Francisco’s Financial District at 430 Davis Court, The Gateway contains 1,254 units across 12 apartment buildings ranging in size from two to 25 floors, plus 58 town homes, 62,000 square feet of retail space and 916 parking spaces.
