174 Power Global’s $74 Million Loan

Galicia Abogados, Clifford Chance and White & Case advised on the transaction

174 Power Global secured a $74 Million Credit facility from Banco Nacional de Comercio Exterior, Sociedad Nacional de Crédito, Institución de Banca de Desarrollo (Bancomext) and Banco de Desarrollo de Corea (KDB Bank) to develop Laguna Solar Power plant.

174 Power Global Corporation designs, develops, constructs, owns, and manages solar power projects. The company was incorporated in 2013 and is based in Irvine, California.

Galicia Abogados advised 174 Power Global with a team including Eduardo García Travesi (Picture), Luis Manuel Rosendo, Ana Pérez Borja and Mauricio Puebla.

Clifford Chance advised 174 Power Global with Fabricio Longhin, Alan Sakar Azuara, Alberto Haito and Eli Keene.
