YAGEO’s $649.9 Million Global Depositary Shares

YAGEO Corporation executed the offering of approximately US$649.9 million Global Depositary Shares (the “GDSs”).

Citi acted as the sole global coordinator, and Citi and UBS acted as the joint bookrunners for the offering.

YAGEO is a leading global electronic component company with production and sales facilities in Asia, Europe and the Americas. YAGEO’s shares are listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange.
