Pace Harmon, LLC, a provider of consulting and advisory services to Fortune 500 and select middle market companies in support of their most critical outsourcing, technology sourcing, and transformation programs, announced the sale of substantially all of its assets to West Monroe Partners, LLC. West Monroe is a national management and technology consulting firm headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, with over 1,300 employees, and the acquisition of Pace Harmon is intended to strengthen its transformation advisory capabilities, gain new capabilities in IT strategy and business process outsourcing and expand its presence in the Washington, D.C. area.
