VEON completed the issuance of RUB 20 billion (approx. $290 million) 6.3% senior unsecured notes due 2025 in 144A / Reg S format under its Global Medium Term Note program, established in April by VEON Holdings B.V.

VEON Ltd. provides telecommunications and digital services, the Company offers fixed-line telecommunication, broadband, voice, wireless Internet and connectivity, and other related services.
