VEON’s $1.25 Billion Senior Bonds Offering

Baker McKenzie has advised Citi, ING Bank N.V., London Branch and J.P. Morgan Securities plc. in the offering.

VEON completed a US$ 1.25 billion 3.375% senior unsecured notes offering due 2027 in 144A / Reg S format under its Global Medium Term Note program, established in April by VEON Holdings B.V.

VEON Ltd. provides telecommunications and digital services. The Company offers fixed-line telecommunication, broadband, voice, wireless Internet and connectivity, and other related services.
