Vectrus’s $36 Million Acquisition of SENTEL Corporation


Faegre Baker Daniels advised Vectrus, Inc. in its $36 million acquisition of SENTEL Corporation.

The deal advances Vectrus’ strategy of being a leader in converging physical and digital infrastructure markets. The acquisition also furthers the company’s logistics, information-technology, and technical solutions capabilities, while expanding Vectrus’ client base.

SENTEL, headquartered in Alexandria, VA, has over 600 employees and operates in three core business areas: engineering and advanced solutions, logistics and supply-chain management and intelligence mission support.

Vectrus, Inc. provides infrastructure asset management, logistics and supply chain management, and information technology and network communication services to the U.S. government worldwide. The company, led by Charles L. Prow, Matthew M. Klein and Michele L. Tyler, is based in Colorado Springs (CO).
