V.F. Corporation’s €500 Million Senior Notes Offering and €500 Million Inaugural Green Bond Offering

V.F. Corporation closed its sale of €500 million aggregate principal amount of 0.250% Green Bond Senior Notes due 2028 and €500 million aggregate principal amount of 0.625% Senior Notes due 2032.

VFC intends to use the net proceeds of the notes offering to finance a tender offer for its outstanding 6% senior notes due 2033 and 6.45% senior notes due 2037, and to redeem its outstanding 3.5% senior notes due 2021, as well as for general corporate purposes. In addition, VFC intends to allocate an amount equal to the net proceeds received from the offering of the Green Bond to finance one or more eligible green projects.
