UTI Asset Management’s Initial Public Offering

UTI Asset Management Company Limited completed its INR 21.6 billion 144A/Reg. S initial public offering. The shares were listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and on BSE Limited. The transaction closed on October 8, 2020.

UTI Asset Management Company Limited is the second largest asset management company in India by total assets under management as of June 30, 2020.
