Usiminas’ $750 Million Notes Offering

Usiminas International, operating as a subsidiary of Usinas Siderúrgicas de Minas Gerais SA – Usiminas, executed its offering of $750 Million 5.875% notes due 2026.

Goldman Sachs, BB Securities, Banco Bradesco and Itaú Unibanco Holdings acted as bookrunners on the offering.

Usiminas, based in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, is Latin America’s biggest flat steel producer and one of the leading producers of steel in the Americas.
