Uraca’s acquisition of Dynajet


Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised Uraca on the deal

Pump manufacturer Uraca GmbH & Co. KG executed the acquisition of Nürtingen-based Dynajet GmbH. The acquisition allows Uraca to strategically expand its current product and service portfolio. Dynajet will remain an independent brand after the takeover.

Dynajet GmbH develops professional high-pressure cleaning systems and accessories for use in numerous sectors including construction, renovation, municipalities, cleaning service providers, shipyards, agriculture and forestry. The performance of the high-pressure units range from 150 to 3,000 bar. The company was established in 2001 and is headquartered in Nürtingen near Stuttgart.

Uraca GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 1893 in Bad Urach. The traditional industrial company employs some 330 workers. Uraca pumps are mainly used in the chemical and petrochemical sectors and in heavy industry. Uraca generates revenue of about EUR 70 million.
