UnitedHealth Group’s $5 Billion Notes Offering

UnitedHealth Group Incorporated (“UnitedHealth Group”) executed the offering of $5 billion aggregate principal amount of its notes, consisting of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 1.25% Notes due 2026, $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 2% Notes due 2030, $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 2.75% Notes due 2040, $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 2.9% Notes due 2050 and $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 3.125% Notes due 2060. The offering closed on May 18, 2020.

Barclays Capital Inc., BofA Securities, Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc., and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC acted as underwriters for the offering.
