The British Honey Company’s £4 Million Float Raises


Irwin Mitchell has advised Cairn Financial Advisers, acting as corporate adviser, and broker Stanford Capital Partners.

BHC owns a number of spirit brands, including the premium brand, Keepr’s, with an established market presence through supermarkets such as Waitrose, Majestic and Amazon as well as specialist outlets, including Not On The High Street, Masters of Malt and HT Drinks.

An associated placing with institutional investors was oversubscribed, raising over £4m. The proceeds will mainly be used for working capital purposes, strengthening BHC’s balance sheet and funding selective acquisitions.

Cairn Financial Advisers is acting as the Aquis Stock Exchange corporate adviser, with Stanford Capital Partners as the broker.
