Hogan Lovells has advised long-standing client Swansea City Council on the procurement land acquisition and the regeneration of the Mariner Street car parks, a key gateway site into the City.
Having been stalled in 2008 by the financial crisis, the Council is delighted that the project is on-site with its longstanding developer, now backed by Fusion Global Investments, a major student accommodation developer and provider.
The Hogan Lovells team was led by partner Dion Panambalana (Picture) with support from senior associate Edward Newport.
