Simpson Thacher represented Limerston Capital in financing the acquisition of Patricia White’s and Country Cousins.
Limerston Capital executed the acquisition of Patricia White’s and Country Cousins, two brands forming one of the UK’s largest private pay introductory live-in home care agencies, from Saga Healthcare Limited (a subsidiary of Saga plc).
The bank financing for this acquisition was provided by Shawbrook Bank Limited.
Patricia White’s and Country Cousins focus on private pay, live-in care agency services, and have over 2,700 registered clients, 690 of which are currently receiving care services.
