Grainger plc’s Development Project At Sweet Street, Leeds Funding


WBD has advised Grainger plc on the forward funding of a key build-to-rent development project at Sweet Street, Leeds which will be developed by Oakapple Group.

This 216 apartment build-to-rent project forms part of the Holbeck Urban Village which is a key area of the south bank regeneration initiative. The twelve storey development includes a range of contemporary one bed, two and three bedroom apartments which are being built specifically for the rental market, together with basement car parking and residents facilities.

Established in Newcastle upon Tyne in 1912, Grainger plc the UK’s largest listed residential landlord and a market leader in the UK build to rent and private rented sector.
