Columbia Threadneedle’s Sale of a Significant Property Asset Held in the Threadneedle UK Property Equity Club


Mourant advised Columbia Threadneedle on the deal

Asset management firm Columbia Threadneedle, executed the sale of a significant property asset held in the Threadneedle UK Property Equity Club, a Jersey investment fund for expert investors.

The transaction involved the sale of Croxley Business Park in Watford to Goldman Sachs in July, for a sale price of approximately £400m.

The Mourant team was led by Partner, Daniel Birtwistle, with Associate Roisin Cullinane. Hogan Lovells advised Columbia Threadneedle on English law.

This deal follows a transaction earlier in the year where the same teams advised Columbia Threadneedle on the acquisition of 127 Kensington High Street in London from AshbyCapital for a price of c£200m.
