Brickability Group plc’s £150 Million AIM IPO And £57 Million Institutional Placing


Addleshaw Goddard has advised Brickability Group plc on its £150m AIM IPO and associated £57 million institutional placing. Osborne Clarke has advised Cenkos Securities plc, in its capacity as nominated adviser and broker.

Brickability is a leading specialist provider of bricks and other construction materials.

Cenkos Securities PLC offers institutional securities services. The Company advises on corporate finance, offers corporate broking, institutional stockbroking, institutional sales and market making services, and manages investment funds.
